I like Winter Garden, Maitland, SoDo, College Park, Longwood/Casselberry.

GRM and cap rate both looked great, but when we pulled utility records, we found heating costs in winter were brutal because of old, inefficient systems.

It is challenging in the winter months as people tend to focus on the holidays, shopping, dinners, parties, etc.
