@B RyansRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I think most investors make most of their mistakes in their first 5-10 deals.

At 1,300 sf the space is too small to get frontage and visibility is the worst for these spaces, and nose in parking directly in front is often not available either (not sure if that is the case for your center or not.

But the main reason I came back after the app was eliminated was to simply help people not make the same mistakes I did.It would be cool to somehow improve my knowledge, networking etc thogh.

One month later, lawyer for HOA wrote me a letter saying they made a mistake in computing the special assessments and $62K more is owed.
