Aside from the traditional example of acquiring a 2-4 unit property, there are other creative methods of house hacking.

Ultimately you have to figure out your budget and then decide what particular methods you can afford to pursue at the moment.

I am interested to hear what others think, their methods to finance, tools they use and if they would go for it.I might be able to bring some other financing from family but we currently have about 140k to put down (yes I know that's low). 

I have even bought properties with this CC method and sold them wholesale a week later.

What methods did you use to acquire them? 

You’re either conflating a different payment method than credit/debit(like giving direct non third party ACH access to your tenant to your account) or talking about a fraudulent situation with a judgement or you or your “someone” is being less than honest.

For Buy and Hold strategies, this method is far more superior than traditional financing of properties.
