For the last 14 months I have watched a development, from the clearing of the the ground to being listed for sale, by one of our properties we just rehabbed.

We were thinking of adding an accent wall on the wall our TV hangs on, but we weren't sure if that would even matter on selling the house? 

However, it’s true that on your watch your properies will perform better.
