@Summer Dechanukul If your agent really represented that the home was in good working condition and actually told you that you didn’t need an inspection to verify, you should report him to his broker and file a complaint with the state real estate board, maybe talk to an attorney about a civil suit for damages against the agent and broker if they misled you.
