good thing is your monthly check from the gov't is always on time, the bad part is when I had a section8 tenants they gov't came by with a check list on the whole house.. making sure all the windows and doors where up to code, all the plumbing was functioning, all the outlets and electrical was up to code.

You can take the 240 volt feed going to your stove and convert it to two 120 volt outlets using a common neutral, which in older homes can very helpful in small breaker boxes.
