Hey BP community,I’m about to undertake my first flip property.

Such an undertaking would be to realize the capacity for long-term growth. 

You can ask the building dept that question when you are down there.I don't think this is a dumb undertaking if the numbers work

@Nav SingI would recommend you first determine if the work you are planning to undertake requires a permit in your jurisdiction.  

Not saying you can't, by all means give it a whack, but with the subfloor problems, and setting tubs and plumbing it might be a bigger undertaking than originally thought.

This might be more than you want to undertake on a rental, but Frog tape or similar _green_ tape is good for a contrasting line between paint colors.

It’s centered on a large scale project the city is undertaking that’ll make that happen within a couple years.
