A cosmetic related problem is that the tub is not centered in the tiled deck; it's much closer to the far wall than it is to the front of the tub where a person would have to enter.

Those big windows in the shower are very poorly placed... they ALWAYS end up leaking at the sill creating all kinds of wet rot inside the wall, plus they're a privacy problem.We replaced them with a "gun slit" approx. 30"-48" wide and 6"-10" high, centered in the wall.

We have been fortunate, the demand has been there.We sub out laundry to a company, we have added dog parks, updated clubhouses, pools, fitness centers.  

I've read that the Vegas valley has some of the best water use systems in the country in terms of treatment and recycling the water, but we're still in a desert.  

With 7500 new troops coming into Whiteman, the city council turning over and the new Dollar Tree distribution center it seems to be doing well there.

I don't think I am getting any special treatment.
