It's a little pricey, but it's been my API of choice thus far.Once you get an API key, you can use their documentation page to test out the API (or just use Postman) before building out any scripts or apps.I had the same objective as you and have found Rentcast to be a good solution.

The key is being upfront and trying to find a win-win solution.

Michael Blank is a super nice guy, so I wouldn't want to take anything away from him, but tagging along might be a temporary and easy solution. 

I realize that's not a perfect solution, but certainly a better one.

Simplest solution is some sort of privacy screen.
