Very good points above.I've stumbled into my placement 'niche' I guess you could say.  

For what it's worth, many of the people I know kind of stumbled into their "niche".

I don't currently have any rentals in Calgary, and unless I stumble upon an incredible deal, I'm not sure that I will, simply because I don't find purchase price to rent to be very favourable, so I'm considering the US market.

From all of the research I have done the past two years, this specific certificate in commercial real estate is showing to be one of the most versatile and lucrative certificates that I have stumbled upon. 

This has been one of our stumbling blocks with turnkeys and remotely purchasing and rehabbing properties.  

I've read numerous books on the industry because it has always been an interest of mine, which is how I eventually stumbled onto BP.
