Most of the HOA bids I see, where the mortgage foreclosure has not started, or recently started, equal 1 1/2 to 2 years of rent....doesn't seem to be a good gamble.

I read the guru posts pretty much as a sport, reminds me of fishing and at these prices, we are in deep sea fishing.The bait is always the same, phycology and marketing, casted by financing opportunities trolling with mentorship.

This is a full contact sport and more complicated then just doing fix and flips.I have been on BP for 6 months or so and would say that I have not found anywhere near the level of information I have gotten from Note School on BP.  

Aside from this I coach a few sports, hunt with my dogs and enjoy working out!

The suburbs have a lot to offer from very robust adult sporting community such as softball, soccer, baseball, flag football to many trails and other forms of outdoor activity.  

Business is a team sport.

Aside from a few shows I watch with my wife, the balance of my tv time is sports.

This is a very important piece in itself, that you would have to gamble on.

Real Estate investing is a Team Sport and the most important thing I believe you can do is Network then do more Networking!

At best it is a business you actively work and at worst it is gambling.
