(At least that is what the speaker at my seminar promoted) Is there something I might be missing or explained wrong?

There are some great speakers who come as well as our own members who speak.

I was at a REIA yesterday and the speaker provided us with a set of about 6 forms he uses to evaluate a deal, repair estimate, etc... and I was amazed to find about 5 items that I never even though about factoring in to the project cost. 1 was something as little as factoring in the initial deposit for utilities or insurance.

Many of the investors range from new to somewhat experienced.The last meeting I went to had a fantastic guest speaker that spoke about buying at auctions and sheriff sales.

The speaker in podcast 64 is doing this.

Usually, they bring in speaker on random topic.
