I am purchasing 10+ windows and need to find a window installer.

I insulated and they changed every bulb to LED, put plastic over windows and a bunch of other things.

There are mushrooms growing in spots also (see photos).When looking through the windows I can see where the water is leaking from the refrigerator plumbing and looks like some of the hard wood is starting to buckle and the trim has absorbed some water.

We replaced every window and door in the house, completely re-sided it, put in a brand new kitchen (RTA Cabinets), full tear-off roof replacement (five!

Same for the windows.  

For example, an association I manage for years was telling their owners that the cost to fix and replace their windows was the owners' responsibility.

@Lisa Hill,  I suggest you plug "Note Flipping" and/or "Jerry Norton" into the search window (upper right ) and there are several threads which address this question.

Some are slightly different, but you essentially search by Association Name, and probably a pull down window for 'document type". 

The style of room you are talking about is reminiscent of classic row house; railroad center room, windowless bathrooms (well, they mostly had windows, but it was really only for ventilation through the roof).If it is, depending on where the doors are sagging will tell you a lot about the condition of the bones of the house.

The exterior of the house is sound, and the only big expense I foresee to come my way in the next 7 years is replacing all of the windows in the house.
