I'm old school.

I personally am looking for rentals within a few km's of either Sault College or Algoma University because both those schools are focusing on attracting more international students. 

I'm of course bias, but I grew up in NorCal, went to school in SoCal, and ended up in Reno, NV to invest. 

I also can't afford to own in the side of town that I'd like to be in (Cary/Apex) but can afford to rent (my children were recently accepted to schools in this area). 

I am currently a senior in high school nearing graduation and have a growing passion for learning this industry.

Thank youI am game planning for all different options here and there and hopefully it’s just slightly low cash reserve temporarily that makes me uncomfortable We live in very highly rated school district and my wife would kill me if we needed to move because of my decision on this purchase….. 

In addition, the master-planned community (The Tapestry) will bring more reason for families to move in since there will be multiple schools as well. 

I am 'old school' and taught not to say anything if it's not nice, so I won't.

The house is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, ~2000 sq ft and closed to the Plano Senior High School.

I was gonna try to digitize the property that way I could try remote managing from 6hrs away, but with me being in school I'd like it to at least break even with a PM just in case school got crazy or a life event happened .
