This is refreshing to hear and I wanted to hear this side coin. 

But i do know you were part of the transaction with Scott and the 2 dudes from Israel- I have the emails to prove it if you need a refresher.  

I've continuously heard it will take a year so that's refreshing to hear the possibility is there.

What I said was you got xxxx of shares in year one, and starting year 2, you get refresh.... the shares of refresh is significantly impacted by the stock price at the time...And of the 20 some friends i have at FANG, none has a package close to $500K at sr manager level, most are around $100K worth of RSU vesting over 3 years...

If you ran up balances during the process then that's all on you because they might have done a soft pull to refresh the balances and that kicked DTI over the limit. 

I typically spend more than 2 days refreshing a unit. 

My broker said she's happy to allow us to use our office for the meetup which has 2 restrooms and several gathering areas, and I'll bring some light refreshments for our first one at least!
