As far as I know/heard, you will have to Hold the property for a few days with your private money or hard money or conventional lending and then try to sell it to your buyer investors.

@Ray T.Hey Ray, I’ve been investigating the LHV as an investment location for a few years- and dipped my toe in last August with a 3 unit near the NIZ on W.

I go through all my parts obtaining private funding, getting contractors set up (meeting dozens of them to find the right ones), and I’m about to get my civil engineers plans for the addition as well to propose to the town the day after closing.

It's detached - the city knocked down the home on one side in 2018 and a private individual knocked down the home on the other side in 2022.
