For instance if I mail a person a postcard and it comes back not deliverable thats a deal I go and hunt down because most people just keep on sending out postcards and ditch the addresses that have some bad data or whatnot in them causing the mail to bounce.

Would developers be interested in taking on a request like this from a random person as long as the price is right for them? 

Person A paid 80% and person B paid 20%.

I truly believe that if an investor is active in a given market, there is an opportunity for us to work with that person as either a source for, or cash buyer of, investment property.
