When you have employees promoting the platform like it is the best platform ever and free accounting services, it was going to go down sooner or later.Pretty sure their other services are going to go down shortly.Baselane is offering assistance I believe, but they are just like Azibo.

@Christopher Smith there are many...but in my opinion really only three companies out there that offer the ability to 721 into a large and diversified REIT that i'd feel comfortable with.

Your buyer pool is essentially reduced to cash buyers, and a savvy cash buyer will figure out why they are the only offer on the table, and reduce what they are willing to offer in turn (since they know they can't refi to pull the liquidity back out of the house for redeployment elsewhere).

Use BP resources to educate yourself as much as possible.

Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too.
