Today I saw the first fruits of that labor with 3 potential leads, the last of which was my first phone call from a sign that I had posted!

We're just at $5,100 right now.I'm a big cigar nut - so let's say $300.  

I want to have my home paid off so if I ever retire I have a manageable monthly nut without having to leverage investments.
