I would say it will make a 15% difference, that's the problem with taxation it may seem nominal and insignificant, but in a state like California they are the example of taxes compounding.

i would say fort wayne market is a super hot market right now. it was no.1 in home sales in July in US, and was nominated as best city to live in IN recently as well. do your research and make sure you invest in the market that makes sense numberwise for you :)
