This is the common misconception I see over and over on BP.

Wholesalers enter this area under misconceptions of it being the place to start, that is very wrong, the concept is easy to understand, the execution of doing a good job or attaining the goal, ethically and legally,  can be very difficult. 

If one metric is not aligned then most likely that will affect other metrics.With this in mind, I want you to get the misconception of what your success metrics are.

The fact is that my numbers speak louder than all your theories and misconceptions about what and how to wholesale.If you were competing against me here in CT you would simply never make a deal.
