I don’t seem to have any luck finding a company that offers a full service outfit (buy the note and using their lawyers or resources to start the foreclosure proceedings, negotiations, etc.).

I would caution you, though, that they are a big money making outfit and will definitely try to upsell you, so have an idea of what you are looking for before you talk to them.

Hello Larry:   Yes....I looked at some of the turnkey outfits also and they seem to be reasonable, however, most of these are out of town and I am uncomfortable owning a property remotely.
