Make sure they’re licensed and insured, just to cover yourself.Going with veterans or contractors from diverse backgrounds usually works out well since they often bring a good work ethic.

I would suspect that those prices you're seeing on Facebook are for crews that are not licensed, not insured, no workers comp etc etc....Basically it's the old story......

If there was a system or method where someone could consistently make $40K on flipping houses, then I would be right in front of him making $30K flipping the same house he would buy by offering $10K less to buy it.Now that is a different story for California where houses sell for 1/2 million dollars and up.I have a real estate Brokers license and over the years worked with several flippers that flip 2 to 10 house a month.

Just about anyone can sign up for courses and become licensed and there will be plenty of real estate agents willing to drive buyers around and look at properties with the hope of earning a commission so good luck convincing a buyer to pay you hourly.
