@Caleb Heimsothagreed, you can do alot with 30 but your goose is cooked once that is done.... i would never advocate buying to low end rentals and burning through your cash... point taken.i would look for assumptions, etc with no money down or very low cash out of pocket to get started...

They stopped collecting the "nights rented" data in mid-2016 when they took the reporting system to online.The only dip was after the wildfires of 2016 where rentals dropped off due to bad media coverage (many people though the whole area burned down) and the actual loss of over 1200 rental cabins.
