When I was with State Farm there was a $2 million cap aggregate and $2 million per property, so that was $4 million assuming I only had one property incident.

Very good support they can walk you through their systems esp. when you can't get a hold of the installer to remember how to review recordings, which is typically after an incident and police want a copy of the footage.

@James Wise is correct that it could be difficult to control based on his size and market but I know other property managers with hundreds or thousands of units that have done thousands of self showings without an incident.
