There's a document in the zoning archive back in 1947 for the property regarding use registration and permit as a duplex.

It also seemed to have a lot of fake reviewers on the iTunes store which I'm not a fan of.Bryan N. that's what I've always done too, but I'm trying to streamline and automate as much as I can.

Otherwise, a BP membership is awesome especially if you are going to utilize some of the other benefits available such as the webinar archive, landlord forms, and of course all the calculators.

Itunes features a number of good investors with good ideas as well, all free, and you can never discount the power of a good or free book for that matter.
