Honestly I think most buyer's agents don't/won't do it.I think in 95% of the cases a FSBO seller could not put together the info I do for the appraiser or would even have the first clue as to what or how to do it.It's not rocket science and maybe not really brain work, it's just access to the info.For example there are neighborhoods where I've sold the same house 3 times.

I got approved for a HELOAN on my primary property but not sure if I should take the loan to just use as “leverage/reserves” to show the HML and get funded.

Not sure how available that price point is in CS or SLC.
