What are some reasons wholesalers either hold and flip vs. assigning out?

He said that you can still sell the home, and this would not hold you back in doing so. 

We have an LLC that holds real estate but have run into issues refinancing through the LLC when family is renting or ultimately living in the property so I’m also not sure if this should go through the LLC or be a personal purchase?

On the positive, holding costs to get you to february should be minimal.  

In Columbus Ohio, there's so many great opportunities here for buy and holds, BRRRRs, flips, and STR/MTRs.

The idea of my credit union where I bank holding these loans and servicing them and never selling them, keeping it as simple as possible is what sounds the most appealing to me after these experiences.
