Tile is among the least inhospitable surfaces to multiple drug-resistant organisms/superbugs, and if you work in a hospital or a nursing home, you've seen people die of superbug secondary infections, and you don't want to bring them home to your kids.Medical professionals also tend to put a lot of faith in chlorine bleach.

Thankfully all are insured but any advice the BP Community can offer to guide us in getting ourselves organized would be a great help.

I'm always last priority or maybe they are running out of money, but for whatever reason, their communication, organization, and follow through are the worst I have ever experienced in business.

I'm an architect and work in the tech department of a giant construction management firm, think 1M sq ft industrial/commercial projects and the only thing I can guess that you are referring to is a 3d laser scan, which is way to cost prohibitive to do for flipping/remodeling.
