Anyone have advice on general rules of thumb or ways to estimate operating cost for a short term rental new construction? 

I estimate that there were about 60 people on the first day and it dwindled down to about 25 people on the third day.

The initial estimate for job gains in April was 175,000.

So, let’s just estimate and do the math $600k potential as Kris keeps spewing -$175 from the one deal her team messed up we are at $425 - $200k roughly I’ve decreased sales prices we are at $225k - about $150 estimate in dead deals she included (just estimating I didn’t go confirm this) we are at $75k - $50k in mailers, subscriptions etc we are at $25k -$30k I paid for her course I’m NEGATIVE $5,000 STILL and that doesn’t include her “50/50 split”.

He has come up through the ranks as a wholesaler, then fix and flip, and now targeting missing middle new construction/development deals.I'm beginning to research GCs/investors that do this type of work, and figured it'd be worth exploring the BP network.If you deal in this area directly, or have a connection I could speak to, that would be much appreciated.At the end of the day I am trying to get round number hard cost estimates on 2-4plex/Townhomes.
