I have a rental in Maryland which I rent to women's college soccer players.

You really need to empower them. 

There is a little bit of my home in every STR of mine; kegorator, fire pit, pellet gun & pigeon bait, propane or gas grill, Netflix, adult movies, 2 sets of boxing gloves and headgear, artwork of scantily clad women, etc. 

in the industry we call this a straw man/women..
