My all in budget in not capped at 50K, however I was hoping to find a property for around that mark, understanding that rehab would be necessary.

Hi I'm working on a project and I need to have a physical survey conducted where they actually mark and map the property.  

This plan assumes that I stop at the 10 year mark and immediately begin paying everything down as quickly as possible to then live off the rental income and help my future wife's dream of owning her own restaurant come true.
