I have tried a few free websites but those came with banner advertisings that distracted my business.

TV is a great distraction . . . personally, I watch the news most of the time, but have a few shows I enjoy.I'll start:EntourageCSI (all of them)Law & Order (most of them)Heroes (losing its touch, unfortunately)ERAnyone have anything great they're watching?

Assuming the distraction is long enough that the auto-logout kicks you end up with the same issue as above.So, can we have the site modified to remember a user's activity and not just when they last on logged into the site?

I got my real-estate license as I thought it would give me an advantage with finding properties for myself but it has mainly been a distraction to my main goal of flipping and buying rentals.

You'll find wholesalers interested in turning leads they'd normally trash into cash, but you'll also find those that don't want the distraction.

So whenever I see people getting upset at the small inefficiencies in giving money to people (i.e welfare fraud etc) while ignoring trillions in corruption and fraud at the highest levels, I think we are falling for the distractions that the corrupt people in power want us to believe.

Always something to distract us from the bigger picture.

I plan to eventually get a second phone and turn work off to focus on family without distraction.

If your goal is to be a successful real estate investor, then focus on becoming a successful real estate investor, and don't get distracted by alternative options (especially if those alternative options would produce a much smaller return than focusing on REI).Now, having said all that...if you don't have any money, and you think that becoming a tradesperson is the best way to start making money that you can then invest in real estate...sure, that could be a great path!
