It is 100% true that AI will be disruptive to many fields...including architecture...but architecture is not a field that is getting replaced by AI.

Therefore you are NOT disrupting the status quo and the listing and buying agents will work with it.Now with low price property or less desirable property, negotiating a lower commission is harder, but still can be done.A buyer agent will NOT skip over your property with a standard contract because of a reduced commission.

Just lost their job or something  equally disruptive to their income. 

You can walk around any property, but if they are tenant occupied then they do need to be under contract in order to get inside the units, as we do not want to disrupt the tenants more than we need to. 

Sure this can and may disrupt certain segment of buyers.

There is an issue with a tenant who is in conflict with the other roommates (she has a dog that she isn't cleaning up after, she's disruptive/ argumentative, and in victim mentality) and I think I possibly need her out. 

Goal is to try and have these individuals who are living there under the fake lease vacate the home, and protect against the old owner from 2016 from continuing to disrupt operations/ continue claiming ownership to home. 

We are seeing that some landlords would rather sell off market because they don't want a million showings disrupting their current tenants, even though they would get a much higher price going on the MLS.
