And you have ongoing expenses and continued education to maintain your license.Most brokerages support a single agent culture, so it's a bit of an uphill battle.

This didn't distract from my grades at the time but I can tell you im paying for the side effects of that culture throughout my life.

It was never meant to alter the realities of investing but rather as an easy way to wean people into the thought process of successful investors and away from the consumer culture. 

What we have found is that when you go off the beaten path, developing neighborhoods with authentic culture and community and meet that authenticity with your product and design that you not only get a better product but better returns.
