Unfortunately it’s very probable you will be responsible for this unless there is a statute of limitations in your state which could come into play.

Only thing I got out of those events were I didn't understand how to get to the next level (no fault of the events, I take responsibility of my on inability to make the connections in the content).  

For me, waiting until I had my green card was crucial.

My last response was two years ago and my policy has changed since then.

I would rather not have to rely on asking some random unrelated person to have this responsibility.

(I test concrete poured at job sites to ensure it meets required specifications) And as I said in my response to Caleb that job is pretty time intensive so I don’t really see working a second or third job as a possibility if I still want to have time to educate myself and stay rested.
