From what I am reading December seems to be a crap month to rent and I should try to get someone to sign a 16 month lease so it ends of June or July.

Right or wrong that crap and shed would have been gone post-haste.

I might also buy a bunch of crap from China by the shipping container that I know I would probably use in my rentals or restaurant or could sell to business owners and store it in a large garage that I would build.

After that, it's kind of a crap shoot.

Not many people (especially talking heads that publish any of this crap) saw the RE market crashing last decade.

I haven't used Property Radar, but I know that @Sean OToole is pretty obsessive about putting out a quality product, so I'm sure it is still very similar if not exactly the same in terms of functionality.If you're buying at auction though, you'll need a heck of a lot more of a tutorial than just what website to use.

My quality standards must be too high, in the video she says 'looks great to me', and I'm thinking 'it looks like crap!'.
