Between this forum and 4 forums on real estate and politics and a another one on crypto and other subversive subject matter it gets very time consuming and often I lose concentration on matters when I have numerous windows open for engagement.

Wealth concentration may be good for trying to grow wealth quickly, but it exposes you to a greater degree of systemic risk too.

I really find it hard to believe that you are working smarter not harder by just concentrating on deal finding if this is the only method currently being used, if not, sorry for bringing it up.I am still curious about the price of training?

You can't concentrate on your business if you are constantly providing interrogatories, attending depositions and hearings, providing exhibits and meeting with attorneys. 

I know it seems like nothing out in public is private anymore but allowing more of it to be concentrated in a single place just allows more "eyes" to capture every moment. 

You can also grab the seeds from the old sunflower heads and plant them in the subsequent year(unless the lead concentrates in the seeds, then I recommend not doing this.) 

Just know if you try to get agency debt, they will not lend on a property with a heavy student concentration on the rent roll.Good luck!

Maybe it's time for you to concentrate on your job and put your efforts into making and saving money, waiting for that next opportunity.

And concentrates your equity in case you want or need to access it later through a refi.One other thought to remember is that with two properties come two closings, two loans, etc.
