We could all start charging for our time, but again that would further complicate the matter.He will be getting paid every two weeks which in the end will be deducted from his 30% share of the profits earned.

I'm looking at it from a "minimize expenses" perspective in order to get into the game and learn (hopefully break even)  then build from there as I've been looking for well over a year now.To complicate matters, I'm also looking for private funding to make it happen so if you're able to go the normal route, more power to you!

This is a big job - not necessarily a complicated job, but probably bigger of an undertaking than you think.You don't want to paint darker because darker paint will get hotter, and will then either warp the vinyl (which I've seen all over the place, especially in AL) or cause the paint to flake off - and that's where an inspector or an appraiser will get you.
