So, think of it like this: do you want to get a high credit score that allow you to borrow money huge amounts of money to purchase sub-par deals that disappoint you and leave you wondering why you never achieved much success, or do you want to leverage not only the funds but also the wisdom and experience of private money who tie their success 100% to your success, and who can act as mentors and coaches so that both of you get paid for your efforts?

They both have podcasts you can watch and I believe Joe provides coaching if you really want to take the leap.

I haven’t been there personally but I’ve heard good things about it.I’ve been in the RIREIG group for 17 years and recommend it because it’s educational and doesn’t try to sell you stuff like books, tapes, classes, coaching programs, etc.

I just saw a slide from a real estate coach saying there are 1.4 million licensed agents and only 3% of them had 25+ transactions last year.

Everyone will be trying to sell you mentorships, seminars, books, coaching, etc.

since i got hooked i have purchased about 15 books, read about 6, listened to probably 30 BP podcast, a few Coach Carson's and a couple others. i am kind of feeling like i am reading and hearing the same info over and over which tells me its time to take action!
