I either approve or deny moving forward with the deal.In the case of one partner dying, assets are sold off, debts are settled, remaining profits are split 50/50 between surviving partner and dead partner's estate/closest kin.

This made the tenant furious with a nice 5-6 page emails threatening a lawsuit with ADA/HUD allegations, retaliation etc....Ridiculous..I did make reasonable accommodations to allow this tenant to have right to closet entrance in the parking lot and even allowed his wife 2nd closest parking spot since he states she is his "caregiver" after that request was sent in.

You should weigh results within the closest proximity (0.1 miles in your example) more heavily than those further away, and you should weigh the results with more similarities to the subject property more heavily than those with less.
