Also, make sure your accountant or the cost segregation firm can prepare IRS form 3115 to change the depreciation. 

I think the Golden Visa program just had some major changes and foreigners are no longer able to apply through a real estate investment.

They messaged us yesterday saying they’ve had a “drastic life change” and want to break the lease already.
