It is on 3.2 acres, with a wood burning fireplace, 4/2.5 baths, wooden fixtures, large deck, real wood cabinets, storm windows, 2100 sq ft, there is a large workshop on the land, with an office and bathroom located in it.

There are to many people that over leverge and when they run into a problem the whole deck of cards collapses.

I've used it on two wood decks on two different properties.

There is two doors on the top floor accessed by a deck and 1 in the basement/lower walkout.

Our rental has a covered deck on the back.

Let me explain what I mean...Traditional marketing like radio, tv, newspaper, direct mail, flyers and card decks are next to worthless and they cost too much money in most cases.  

Tenants moving on their own volition also saves lots of money on relocation fees.The gross income last August was $6,100.We then started to fix up the units, made private decks, put in heat pumps in the upstairs units and radiant heating in downstairs units, re-did the landscape, put in covered and secure bike parking, fixed some plumbing issues, and took out a bunch of carpet.

Has a deck and a beautiful backyard.

Or even a deck or patio, you'll get a minor bump.

But there were two REO properties sold for $140k just accross the street facing the property I am buying but condition is not as good as the property I am buying.I am also planing to add and deck in the back yard that might cost $4-$5k.Any advise please, It's the first time I am doing it.
