Your biggest hassle might be having documents notarized if you need to foreclose.

I am located in the Northern Nevada market and doing buy and hold, wholesale and fix and flips… I know this short notice but this Wednesday evening at the Keller Williams Reality South Reno will be having it's monthly Meet-Up of Real Estate Investors. 

They won't be having a meetup in December since they'll be hosting their annual Christmas party but be sure to atternd their meeting in January :D

It is very difficult in four star communities and all but impossible in five star communities to make work because the community ownership often has conflicting goals with those of the Lonnie Dealer.If I were you, I would be having friendly conversations with ownership about this home and see if you can work together, or if you are going to need to move this home to another location.

I took over the Wichita Meetup Group mainly to keep it alive - we will be having live events in Kansas City on a few Saturdays through out 2017 that would make it worth the trip from Wichita, but I need to find the person who wants to have live and face to face meetups in Wichita.Several People start, see how much work it is and give up.So I guess I am looking for a Wichita partner to have live meetings.

You'll probably want to tighten up your lease by talking to an attorney.Furthermore, I'm going to assume that a lot of these problems are coming from college kids that may or may not be very good with money and with behaving responsibly.

Just a tip, you can also search the forums to find your answers because most people might be having the same question. :)

Sounds like you're stepping onto a tightrope.You want to perform to the letter of the law while behaving professionally cold to the tenant.
