I said go talk to your attorney I will trade you the house and some cash for the land so you will now own your house free and clear and not have to move.Attorney comes back with 225k for the land i give her another 100k in cash and we do the swap. 

It's the land/location that appreciates rather than the home.

Options The crazy thing is that using the strategies and techniques I have just discussed does not have to increase risk, unlike property development, rehab, land speculation, 80% leverage, or converting residential to commercial.  

To anyone that has experience in this, When it comes to mobile homes do I rent/ own the land and people pay to keep their home on the land?

My current exploration pertains to new construction and land development.

.- trusts - deeding each property to a separate land trust each and then the land trusts in turn grant beneficiary to an operating LLC.

SupplyLas Vegas is unique because it is a tiny island of privately owned land in an ocean of federal land.

Have a good amount saved up for down payment and own 3 acres of raw land (valued approximately 240k) but would like to keep this in portfolio.
