Will you be self-managing, do you have software picked out?

I am using the latest software to manage my business, including Houzz Pro and Hover, both providing imaging technology to scan and measure homes while providing 3-D modeling technology accurately.

But in any case, unless you have a whole lot of properties you don't have to buy any kind of software.

It was cumbersome and made us either cancel people if they instant booked or turning off instant book.Luckily RevMax, our pricing software (also owned by Streamline our PMS), we can add % rules on a price map with rules.

I came across this article about the recent Salt Lake City Council budget amendment that includes money for the city to monitor STRs via some type of software.

I have CPAs for tax questions and taking care of the LLC returns, as well as for any "random" state audits of the LLC (which do happen - they claim they are random, but they are looking for LLCs not paying state unemployment taxes).That's all I have needed for over a decade of being a part of multiple different business ventures.
