I have spoken with Keystone and Amanda Hans team, but the years training cost is not something we are looking for at this point in our business. 

@Han OoYou have lots of options at that loan to value but you're mixing up your loan products.If you're looking for a rehab loan, then you must have an exit strategy that's within 12 months, no longer.
