However Credit K is not a credit bureau and not for properly scoring an algorithm that can be used for banks/lender to offer credit/loans.Credit K is for the general public for personal monitoring but the scores are "Always" hyperinflated and not what the banks/lender pull their credit bureau vendors.

I am wondering what it would take or how long it's going to take for some of these lenders to just run an algorithm identifying all the loans that have been assumed by another party when it's a non-assumable loan. 

OTAs like Airbnb work off an algorithm so high res photos AND description are important. 

Like others have said, this is probably true technically but not in spirit.Airbnb's algorithm is even more opaque than Google's.

Most of your reviews are great, so you need to get more great ones in so you can bury that bad one.I suggest you also spend some time learning in detail how Airbnb's algorithm works (at least how folks guess it works since they don't explicitly tell you) and look closely at the properties that show up on page 1 when you search your area for your desired or most common number of guests.Last, you can edit your listing for specific events/seasons. 

But in addition to being back to normal,  what I am seeing is algorithm changes from the OTAs also having an impact as well.  

They’re taking the algorithmic market making model to real estate LOL if they’re not smart they will slowly bleed money, it won’t be a huge stepwise lose…  I think as this happens a lot of smaller players will be driven to smaller markets.
