Brandon Turner House at the bottom of a hill - Drainage help?
18 November 2009 | 11 replies
Basically a large hole in the ground to contain the water so that is drains out slowly under ground via a drainage field, rather than sitting on top of the ground making mud.Another option might be a cistern to gather and use the rainwater in your house, rather than city water. You would have to take steps to keep it free of mosquitoes and debris, and filter it going in and maybe coming into your house for drinking (ultraviolet light system).

It does take time, it does take management to bring valuations up, it may take repairs and improvements, but that's just a dead simple as a concept, it's 101, almost like I financed my Kool-Aid stand, no, that was more complicated, got money from mom, let a neighbor kid join in with his money, sold drinks, paid back mom, paid back the neighbor kid and his profit, used his table and chairs and I kept the rest, around the 3rd grade I think.

If I see bar tabs being paid off weekly or regular bar expenses I probably have someone with a drinking problem, if you see the same amount spent at a nearby C-store, like $16.22 every other day in thier neighborhood, most likely it's buying the same items, like a beer run.
