My wife and I always buy supplies and materials to maximize airline miles. 

So if its American Airlines, ensure your credit card is saved to the account.

Hotels and airlines have been successful with this kind of technology for some time now.

If I can order on Lowes I do as many supplies as I can for pickup and order through Rakuten for 2% cash back, I use my American Airlines Executive card to purchase (AA has a hub near me), I also do the Home Depot Pro Xtra program.

The last big employer that was suppose to come was a airline recycling company but I’m guessing they were impacted by covid since I have not seen any update on there arrival.

Our first class (I mean first class) trip on British Airlines from LA to London and Cairo and return would have cost about $23,000 at the time.  

They substantially damaged many items (destroyed outdoor sectional, left $700 vacuum OUTSIDE in the rain, destroyed marble countertops, scratched wood floors, and various other items including leaving various personal items randomly throughout the home (including sex toys) that I had to dispose of.Fully documented items using an Excel spreadsheet.  

Ask the tenant what kind of vacuum cleaner she owns. 

To use an analogy, it's like being Silver Elite with an airline.  

Age of equipment, type of bays, type of vacuum stations, property taxes, markets, manned or not, how mechanically inclined they are, will they shovel out after the “mudders” clean off, will they empty the trash after it is filled by people who don’t even wash their cars, etc.
